Very good location and view.
It was noisy as the windows looked at the very central square with restaurants, shops and so on

La Leonessa, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Great 4-star experience.

The hotel was in the perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking lake and surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants. We had a blast exploring the stunning Alto Garda region, especially the jaw-dropping mountains and epic bike trails. The hotel even had a bike lock service, so we felt super safe leaving our bikes there. Whether it was a leisurely walk or an adrenaline-packed biking adventure, this place had it all!
If I had to nitpick, the only thing I'd wish for is a bit more nightlife options for us party-loving teens. Don't get me wrong, the location was fantastic and we had a blast during the day, but it would've been even cooler if there were more places to dance the night away and meet fellow young travelers.

Great location & lovely building.
The service was slow and the attitude of some of the staff wasn't brilliant. Some times we felt like a bit of an inconvenience!

Excellent location right beside the historic main square in Riva del Garda next to the lake. Quiet at night. The room had all that was required and the rate was reasonable given the favourable location. Decent enough breakfast. Helpful staff at reception who provided maps of the area. A good starting point for climbing giant ladders!
Free use of the internet would have been nice. Fresh juice at breakfast would also have been appreciated.

Good location in the centre of Riva, and a fair price. Lock up to park Mountian bikes safely.
No laundary service (Would have been usefull after arriving by mountainbike over the alps!). Expensive WiFi. Unattentive staff.

The breakfast at Hotel Portici was extensive with a wide range of delicious options. The room was neat and felt brand-new. The hotel is located in a good area, only a short walk from Riva del Garda Ferry Dock.

The room at Hotel Portici Romantik & Wellness was like a cozy sanctuary, with 24-hour room service and air conditioning to make me feel pampered. Plus, the free WiFi was a bonus for a tech-savvy traveler like me. I couldn't help but feel comfortable and at ease in this room.
Well, I must admit, I wasn't a huge fan of the safes in the room. It's just my personal preference, but I didn't really feel the need for them.

I had such an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old square. I loved being able to explore all the nearby towns and attractions by boat. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all exceeding my expectations. The room itself was beautiful and well-equipped, with amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I also appreciated the free toiletries and flat-screen TV in the room. The restaurant on-site offered delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was impressive. the hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury.
Families would definitely enjoy their stay at this hotel.
